The Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) is the UK's leading card scheme for plant operators working within the construction industry. CPCS sets recognised standards for plant operator competence through practical testing, theory assessments, and nationally recognised training. Holding a CPCS card demonstrates that an operator has achieved the required level of knowledge, practical ability, and health and safety awareness expected by employers across the construction sector.
